Cadillac Coffee Company

Called to inquire about flavored decaf for the Mrs. . The lady on the line says yes they service individuals. I tell her what I need, she then says says go to the website... That's not customer service... then I look on the website and there is no flavored decaf... so you wasted my time... I will take my business somewhere else...Thanks for less than Cadillac service.

I will not be purchasing coffee from here again, I had it delivered to my home address for ease but on second delivery despite being told was on its way I called again and they fed ex it. I called Ariel the sales rep and she said they didn't feel comfortable delivering to my home in the shores on the nautical mile which is the road next to the business. Why did they not call and say instead of putting on a delivery which will not be here when I need it. So terrible communication and Ariel attitude was of could not care less.

Used to be a great, responsive company. Delivery service is somewhere between inconsistent and nonexistant. I've ordered multiple times and waited 3, 4 weeks for my order to show up. It's now the 23rd of February and I'm waiting on an order placed in January to arrive. If I weren't required by the owners to use them I would have switched long ago.

My coffee machines has had the push button front taped on for 8 years now and we have problems once a year or so. It would seem like it could be replaced after so long. But every time the tech comes out they dont wanna do the extra work of replacing the front… My name is James with Plainwell Comfort Inn.

Other than the building being a bit of a challenge to find. The staff is great, even made sure I got the items that I needed that weren't in when I placed the order but by the time I picked it up they were there. Great job guys keep up the good work ❤️!
